Bloomberg is currently in the middle of developing an Interim Visual Identity (IVI) system as a temporary brand framework for adherence prior to the  possibility of a company merge/transition.
As there is still the need for continuance of all digital and physical touchpoints, the company is deploying an IVI with a straightforward design foundation that can be easily scalable to multiple assets.
The design studio needed to create and provide a unified set of temporary guidelines (logos, colors, and typography templates) for the internal teams and website developers to follow while a more comprehensive design infrastructure is being built.
This IVI is a temporary standard with the intent that it will eventually be phased out systematically in the future.
