Bloomberg’s "Your Path, Your Future" is a career-readiness program for students and young professionals, connecting them with mentorship, skills training, and networking. So far there has been over 500 participants engaging with employees. It provides exposure to careers in technology, data, news, and finance, including panels and workshops.
The goal is to help attendees visualize their career potential, build professional skills, and network in environments like Bloomberg’s global headquarters in New York. The initiative is part of Bloomberg's broader commitment to expanding access to careers in media and journalism through community engagement.
